The changes resulted in the consolidation of a new vision of the company and management guidelines based on the maintenance of values as tradition, innovation, humanization, responsibility and good sales practices, team work, search for results and quality to prevent rework. One of the conquests reached is the process of decision making, which became more agile in 70% of the time due to the employment of IT. Software makes possible greater organization and visualization of the performance pointers of several areas of the company.

CARGOMAX participated, between May 29 and 31, in, the 9th Business Meeting of Great Rio, in Duque de Caxias, RJ. The Regional Representation of FIRJAN System inaugurated the event that happened in SESI Caxias, with the participation of 43 companies and anticipation of R$30,000,000 in business.
According to the President of the Regional Representation, Flávio Costa Abreu, the objective of the event was get closer to buyers and suppliers. “With this, we generated work and income, we increased the productivity and, consequently, the development of the of the Rio de Janeiro state”, he advanced during the opening ceremony of the Meeting. He affirmed, in addition, that “because it is one of the main centers of the production chain of oil and gas, the Region of the Lowlands of Rio de Janeiro needs an integrated action of the public and private sectors.
